TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

De nedenstående bestemmelser, gælder i alle tilfælde vedr. online bestilling, hvor der er ikke er indgået anden skriftlig aftale med ET AL Lifestyle ApS.

Bestilling

  • Når du gennemfører en bestilling hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS, sender vi dig automatisk en ordrebekræftelse på din mail.
  • Mister du din ordrebekræftelse, kan du sende os en mail på info@etaldesign.com og vi sender dig en kopi af denne.
  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS fratager sig ansvaret for din ordrebekræftelse efter du har modtaget den. Vi vil naturligvis hjælpe alt hvad vi kan for at finde din ordrebekræftelse jf. ovenfor.
  • Alle aftaler der indgås hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS skal være på dansk eller engelsk.

Sådan handler du hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS

  1. Vælg den/de varer du ønsker at købe.
  2. Vælg den rigtige størrelse samt farve.
  3. Læg din varer i indkøbskurven, går derefter til kassen.
  4. Indtast dine personlige leveringsoplysninger.
  5. Vælg betalingsmåde.
  6. Godkend vores handelsbetingelser samt dit køb.
  7. ET AL Lifestyle APS sender dig en ordrebekræftelse på mail.
  8. Husk at tjekke, at alle oplysninger er korrekte.

Betaling

  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS betaler de af Stripe fastsatte transaktionsgebyrer. Der vil dermed ikke blive pålagt transaktionsgebyrer på din ordre.
  • Hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS kan du betale med:

    1. Visa/Dankort
    2. JCB
    3. MasterCard
    4. Visa Electron
  • Alle priser hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS er inkl. moms. Beløbet bliver tidligst trækkes på kortholders konto, når varen afsendes.
  • Alle priser er dagpriser, som løbende bliver opdateret.

Der bliver reserveret et beløb på din konto

Når du anvender dit kort, reserverer Stripe beløbet på din konto. Ved nogen ser det ud som om at reservationen er det samme som selve hævningen, og man tror fejlagtigt at pengene er hævet. Vi sender aldrig før varen er afsendt. Vælger du at annullere din ordre ophæves reservationen ikke automatisk. Den kan ligge i op til 30 dage inden den ophæves. Da det ikke er os, men Stripe som laver reservationen, kan vi desværre ikke ophæve den - men, din bank har en formular som du kan udfylde og sende til os, som vi vil underskrive og sende videre til PBS, som muligvis vil fjerne reservationen efter at have modtaget denne formular.

Levering

  • En vare afsendes indenfor 1-3 hverdage, med mindre andet er aftalt skriftligt med ET AL Lifestyle ApS eller der fremgår en anden bestillingstid på produktet.
  • Normal leveringstid er i Danmark er 1-3 hverdage, men på store udsalgsdage som Black Friday skal der regnes med en leveringstid på mellem 2-7 dage. 
  • Forsendelse sker med DAO365 eller GLS
  • Fragtpriser vil variere alt efter hvilken fragtmetode der bliver valgt
  • Alle varer leveres så længe lager haves

Fortrydelsesret

  • Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS.
  • Vi forventer, at du afsender varerne hurtigst muligt efter, du har givet besked om fortrydelse, og du skal sende dem retur senest 14 dage efter, du har fortrudt.
  • Fortrydelsesretten går fra den dag, du modtager varen
  • For at gøre fortrydelsesretten gældende, skal du ved en utvetydig erklæring give os meddelelse herom senest 14 dage efter modtagelsen af varen. Hvis du ønsker at fortryde dit køb, kan du benytte vores standardfortrydelsesformular, som er vedlagt din forsendelse. Hvis du mangler denne kan du skrive til os på info@etaldesign.com og få den tilsendt.
  • For at din fortrydelsesret kan tages i brug, skal vi have modtaget varen i væsentlig samme kvantitet og kvalitet som da vi afsendte den.
  • Hvis du ikke ønsker din ordre alligevel, er det vigtigt at du henter pakken og sender den tilbage til os. Hvis du nægter levering vil du blive pålagt ekstra fragt og administrations gebyrer på 225 kr som vil blive trukket fra returbeløbet.

BEMÆRK:

Du kan miste dit købsbeløb, helt eller delvist. Det sker, hvis varens værdi er forringet, eksempelvis fordi 

  • Du reelt har taget varen i brug, 
  • Den er blevet beskadiget, mens du havde ansvaret for den.
  • Hvis varen er sendt retur med beskadiget eller helt uden original emballage. 

Du har håndtereret varen på anden måde, end det var nødvendigt, for at du kunne fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, som de fungerer på.

  • Du kan endvidere udnytte din fortrydelsesret ved ikke at tage imod varen eller personligt aflevere den på ovenstående adresse.
  • Ved at udnytte din fortrydelsesret, bliver beløbet du har købt varen for, naturligvis overført til det kort/den konto du har brugt til at købe varen for. Dette sker under den forudsætning at vi har modtaget varens værdi ikke er forringet, i samme kvantitet og kvalitet, som da vi sendte den jf. ovenfor.
  • Portoen, er den eneste omkostning du som forbruger har ved at udnytte din fortrydelsesret.
  • En vedlæggelse af ordrebekræftelsen i pakken vil medføre en hurtigere ekspeditionstid for dig.
  • Notits: Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.

Reklamationsret

Hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS har du som forbruger 2 års reklamationsret.

  • Du kan hermed få varen ombyttet, pengene tilbage, afslag i prisen eller repareret hvilket dog afhænger af den enkelte situation.
  • Reklamationsretten er betinget af, at manglen ikke er opstået som følge af en uforsvarlig/fejlagtig brug af varen eller anden skadeforvoldende adfærd.
  • Som forbruger skal du reklamere inden rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget fejlen.
  • Reklamation indenfor 2 år er altid rettidig

  • Notits: Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.
  • Varen skal returneres med en detaljeret beskrivelse af hvad problemet ved varen er, altså hvorfor der reklameres.
  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS betaler rimelige fragtomkostninger i forbindelse med reklamation. Kvitteringen skal vedlægges pakken.

 

Børn og unge

  • Du skal være fyldt 18 år for at handle hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS

Personer under 18 år, skal have samtykke fra deres forældre for at handle hos ET AL Lifestyle ApS

The following provisions apply in all cases to: Online order where no other written agreement has been entered into with ET AL Lifestyle ApS.

Order

  • When you make an order with ET AL Lifestyle ApS, we will automatically send you an order confirmation on your mail.
  • If you lose your order confirmation, you can send us an email at info@etaldesign.com and we will send you a copy of this.
  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS relies on your order confirmation after you receive it. We will of course help all we can to find your order confirmation, cf. above.
  • All agreements made with ET AL Lifestyle ApS must be in Danish.

 

How to shop with ET AL Lifestyle ApS

  1. Select the item (s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Choose the right size as well as color.
  3. Put your items in the shopping cart, then go to checkout.
  4. Enter your personal delivery information.
  5. Choose payment method.
  6. Approve our terms of trade and your purchase.
  7. ET AL Lifestyle sends you an order confirmation by mail.
  8. Be sure to check that all information is correct.

 

Payment

  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS pays the transaction fees determined by Stripe. There will therefore not be any transaction fees on your order.
  • At ET AL Lifestyle ApS you can pay with:
  1. Visa/Dankort
  2. JCB
  3. MasterCard
  4. Visa Electron
  • All prices at ET AL Lifestyle ApS are incl. VAT. The amount will be deducted from the cardholder's account when the item is shipped.
  • All prices are daily prices, which are regularly updated.

There will be reserved an amount on your account

When you use your card, Stripe will reserve the amount of your account. For someone it seems that the reservation is the same as when the money is captured from your account, and it is mistakenly believed that the money has been captured. We will never capture the money until the item has been shipped. If you choose to cancel your order, the reservation will not automatically be canceled. It may take up to 30 days before it is terminated. Since it is not us, but Stripe that makes the reservation, unfortunately we can not cancel it - but most banks have a form that you can fill in and send to us, which we will sign and forward to PBS, which may remove the reservation after they have received this form.

Delivery

  • An item is shipped within 1-3 business day unless otherwise agreed in writing with ET AL Lifestyle ApS or there is another order time on the product.
  • Normal delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 business days, but on big sales days like Black Friday, a delivery time of between 2-7 days is expected.
  • Shipping takes place with DAO365 or GLS
  • Shipping rates will vary according to the shipping method chosen
    All items are delivered as long as stock is available

 

Cancellation

  • You have 14 days of cancellation at ET AL Lifestyle ApS.
  • We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified cancellation, and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted.
  • The right of cancellation is from the day you receive the item
  • In order to make the cancellation right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item by unambiguous declaration. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please use our standard cancellation form, which is inside your parcel. Of not, please write to info@etaldesign.com and we will sent you a new cancellation form.
  • In order for your right of withdrawal to be used, we must have received the product in substantially the same quantity and quality as when we shipped it.
  • If you do not want the order for some reason, it is important that you collect the parcel and send it back in return to us.  If you do not claim the order or refuse delivery, you will not get a full refund for your order.  Instead you will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an administrative fee of 225 DKK.

 

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired, for example because

  • You really have taken the product in use,
  • It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
  • if you sent it back without or with damaged original packing. 

You have handled the item differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods.

  • You can also take advantage of your right of withdrawal by not accepting the item or personally delivering it at the above address.
  • By exercising your right of withdrawal, the amount you purchased the item for, of course, transferred to the card / account you used to purchase the item for. This is done on the condition that we have received the value of the goods not deteriorated, in the same quantity and quality as when we sent it as mentioned above.
  • The postage is the only cost you have as a consumer by exercising your right of withdrawal.
  • Attachment of the order confirmation in the package will result in a faster delivery time for you.
  • Note: We do not receive packages sent per. COD.

 

Warranty

  • At ET AL Lifestyle ApS you have as a consumer 2 years of warranty.
  • You can get the goods exchanged, the money back, discounts in the price or repaired, which however depends on the individual situation.
  • The right of claim is conditional on the defect not arising from an improper / erroneous use of the product or other harmful behaviour.
  • As a consumer, you must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error.
  • Complaints within 2 years are always timely.

  • The product must be returned with a detailed description of what the problem with the product is, so why is it advertised.
  • ET AL Lifestyle ApS pays reasonable shipping costs in connection with the complaint. The receipt must be enclosed with the package.

 

Cookies

  • A cookie is a code sent to the browser for permanent storage in a text file on the user's computer.
  • It gives us an opportunity to optimize our webshop and tailor it to you. The cookie does not harm your computer.
  • No personally sensitive information is stored in a cookie.
  • You can always delete cookies from your computer.

 

Personal Information

  • In order for you to enter into an agreement with ET AL Lifestyle ApS, we ask for the following information: Name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
  • No personally sensitive information is stored at ET AL Lifestyle ApS.
  • The purpose of the storage is to provide an optimal service where the goods arrive at the right place.
  • The personal data are registered with ET AL Lifestyle ApS and are kept for 5 years, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • Information given to ET AL Lifestyle ApS is in no way passed on to third parties.
  • The Personal Data Act means that you as a consumer have the right to know what data is registered with ET AL Lifestyle ApS. Furthermore, the law has resulted in your right to object to the registration.

Children and teenagers

  • You must be 18 years old to shop at ET AL Lifestyle ApS

 

Persons under the age of 18 must have consent from their parents to shop at ET AL Lifestyle ApS
